Bookings & Payments

• Pet Sitting Appointments require payment to be made prior to service (No exceptions) and can be made by cash or direct deposit only. No personal cheques please.
• For any Booking made by the Client to Coco’s Pet & Reiki, full payment is required 2 working days prior to the day of the Booking and until such time as full payment of the Service Fee has been received, the Booking is deemed to only be a tentative booking.
• Keys (if access to home is needed) need to be handed over at least 2 – 3days prior to the service unless otherwise arranged. No keys are to be left outside the home for collection, this is for your own security. 
• ​15% Surcharge will apply on National Public Holidays

Cancellation

• 24 hours notice is required for any cancellation of services.
• If 24 hours notice is not given 25% of the Invoice paid amount will be kept as a cancellation fee.

Clients Obligations

• (a) Pet Safety and SecurityThe Client is responsible for providing a safe and secure environment in his or her home such that the Pet is unable to escape or wander from the Client’s home.
• (b) Pet Equipment and SuppliesThe Client is required to supply safe equipment and all necessary equipment and supplies for the duration of the Services. This includes for example and as applicable to the Pet, a high quality lead, sturdy collar, halter, harness with identification tag secured, pooper-scoopers, pet food, cleaning supplies, litter tray and scoop, fresh litter and clearly labelled medicine.
• (c) Vet & Emergency Care

The Client is responsible for veterinary professional fees, transportation fees or any extra fees for care, supervision and/or emergency caregivers which are deemed necessary.

Additional Services

• Transportation: To local Vet/Groomer – within a radius of 10kms  =  $25 each way or $40 round trip

• Pet Food Shopping: Only if client is short on time prior to leaving for vacation, owner must supply funds for requested shop =  $30 fee for this service.                                                                                                        
• Mail Collection:  From a POBox location pick up =  $15 per collection

All pet sitting jobs will be at the discretion of Coco’s Pet & Reiki. We reserve the right to not to proceed with our service if an animal or location is deemed unsuitable, and any fees paid maybe refunded at our discretion..
